Biography: Tiffany Broughton is the Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Program Evaluation and the South Carolina Educational Policy Center. Tiffany has 8 years of experience with pre-award and post award administrative management of basic science research, clinical research, training grants and cooperative grants that were federally funded as well as privately funded. This includes the submission of a 1.2 million dollar U-10 project and the post award management of this project. He also has 2 ½ years of experience analyzing fund accounting software for various not-for-profits, government institutions and universities.
