Bio:Vasanthi Rao is a doctoral student in Educational Research and Psychology with an emphasis on Special Education. She has been working in the Office of Program Evaluation since August 2007. She is also interested in technology, the ‘digital divide’ and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Her other areas of interest are reading and yoga.
